Meet Adam Long
Hi, I'm Adam Long, founder of Porch Light Ventures.
More importantly, I'm the proud husband of my wife, Stacey, and the father of four incredible kids. Family has always been the foundation of everything I do, and it's one of the biggest reasons I started Porch Light Ventures.
As a lifelong South Dakotan, retired military veteran, volunteer firefighter, and small business owner, I've spent much of my life serving others. Those experiences taught me the importance of hard work, keeping your word, and treating people with honesty and respect—values that guide every decision we make as a company.
I understand that selling a home is often much more than a real estate transaction. It may represent years of memories, a significant life transition, or a difficult decision. Whether you're selling an inherited home, downsizing, relocating, or simply looking for a fresh start, my goal is to make the process as simple, transparent, and stress-free as possible.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, volunteering in our community, coaching youth sports, serving with the local fire department, or enjoying everything South Dakota has to offer.
My hope is that when you work with Porch Light Ventures, you won't feel like you're working with a large corporation—you'll feel like you're working with a neighbor who genuinely cares about doing what's right.
